Who We Are
Suburban Landscape Supply, Inc. is a Michigan based landscape supply company, located at: 960 Ladd Rd. Walled Lake, MI 48072. We provide bulk landscape supplies for pick up at our yard, or they can be delivered to you. Our products may be ordered online, in person, or over the phone by calling 248-960-4000.
Delivery Policy:
- Because of the nature of delivering our products and the size of trucks and equipment required to make such deliveries, Suburban Landscape Supply, Inc. will deliver your order up to the street curb line in front of your home or business and where ever our driver feels is the safest location for the delivery of your order.
- Please see our requirement for a signed DELIVERY WAIVER for deliveries requested be made above the street curb line.
- Please see our requirement for a signed TOPSOIL WAIVER for deliveries of Topsoil.
Delivery Fees:
- Delivery Rates are generated by zip code. View the list of Delivery Zones for a detailed list of our delivery fees.
- There’s an additional fee for deliveries of palletized materials (i.e; pavers, wall stone, flagstone, etc.), as they require a forklift to unload. See our Delivery Fees for these special rates.
Returns Policy:
- No returns on un-banded (broken) Pallets.
- There is a 35% restocking fee on all returns.
- There is a $35.00 return check fee.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
- Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What We Share With Others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you. Your information is never sold to anyone.
Payments
We accept payments through Authorize.net. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to them, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Termination
